We provide FPS, PayMe, AlipayHK, Apple Pay and credit card payment.
All product values are calculated in HKD, and the final price will be subject to the displayed amount when placing an order.
Payment must be completed within the time limit of the selected payment method. Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment incomplete within the specified time limit.
Where is your retail store located? How do I pick up my goods?
We are an online shop. All prices have included the international shipping fees to our HK warehouse. All orders are shipped by SF Express.

Can I combine my orders?
Only orders from the same livestream could be combined.
When will I receive my goods?
Goods will arrive HK in 3-4 weeks after payment is received. We base delivery times on normal delivery conditions. If goods are out of stock, delivery times will be affected and refunds will be arranged. Please ensure all information is correct and deposit slip has been successfully uploaded to our website. Incomplete information might also affect delivery times.

Why is my order still showing "unpaid" after payment proof had been uploaded?
All payments had to be verified manually, the order status will become "paid" once the process had been completed.
Why only one of my many orders from the same livestream shows "shipped"?
Orders from the same livestream will be combined, and therefore only one of your order status will be updated.
Will I be notified when my parcel arrive?
SMS notifications will be received from SF Express after the order is sent.
