貨品已包到港的國際集運費。每個直播產品到貨時間不同，訂單一般在客人付款後3-4星期到港然後分寄。

⚠️ FB post/網站預訂產品 + FB Live 也是不能夾單
⚠️ 如訂單有超過一個date code的貨品，會為客人拆單
順豐設有郵件追蹤，可於全港超過600間順豐站提供自提服務 (包括部分OK/ 7-11便利店)。
到達後會以SMS短訊通知取件。
If the receiver fails to pick up the goods within a reasonable time after the shipment is sent, or the transportation company cannot contact the receiver, a storage fee might be charged by the delivery company, or the parcel might even be destroyed. Simpleshop will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the delivery company. Please contact us or the delivery company to check the shipment status as soon as possible if the parcel has not been received within one month after the order is made.
**We base delivery times on normal delivery conditions and we will try our best to fulfill every order. If goods are out of stock, delivery times will be affected and refunds will be arranged. However, the remaining items in the order (if any) will still be shipped and cannot be cancelled/refunded.
